  I just have to say that Ms. Dawn was absolute perfection! I had been at my wits end searching for insurance that wouldn't cost as much as my car payment and she went above and beyond to get me the best price with the right coverage. She had to help several people before me but never once made any of us feel forgotten or like a burden for being there after hours. There was a customer before me that gave Ms. Dawn issues and not once did her smile fade or become condescending. In the face of a customer ready to walk away she kept helping and helping and the angry customer actually walked out with a smile on her face. WOW!! Definitely a learning experience for me. When she got to taking care of me, she was very informative and helpful. Even though it was late, she did not rush and skip over parts. Very happy with my experience and so happy there are amazing people like her out there. Thank you Dawn!!

  AMAZING customer service at the Balch Springs office! I was greeted with a handshake as soon as I walked in and they went above and beyond to provide me with awesome service! I will absolutely be recommending ALL my friends and family!
